During Mr. Abdelaziz Baslimane’s last visit to the Khraicia factory, he told us with great emotion: “I am proud and reassured to see the improvements in the quality of the paint application products and services that we offer to our customers as well as the high level of skills of the collaborators, that is the very vision I had when I started in 1971 ”

MINIROS has organized an event devoted to the evaluation of the transformation project TEAMEX 2 (Transformation through the commitment and Alignment of Miniros towards the Path of Excellence, which isphase II initiated more than 5 months ago with DELTALOG). The assessment of the increase in the skills of the various stakeholders and the profit obtained by the various projects (10 structuring projects), the recognition of the efforts and the commitment of the teams to an approach of group synergy and management by project,were high on the agenda.

The MINIROS stand, there, we find constantly 12 to 15 team leaders because the visitors are there all the time, they are mostly very numerous.

Animate is their daily role, they are the sales force of MINIROS.

They absolutely want to thank the hundreds of visitors who, without their presence, the Batimatec days would have made no sense. We talk about: Farouk, Bourhane, Rayane, Hichem, Zaki, Karim, Hinda, Okba, Boualem, Walid, Smail, Baya, Rafik, Samir, Hind, Abdellah, Said, Razika, Abdellatif, Selma, Idris, Fayçal.

Yacine is a regular visitor at MINIROS. Every year he visits us at Batimatec to offer us a calligraphy. He is especially our ambassador to the Fine Arts. We thank you and renew our commitment to support the performances of the artists during their gathering. They can count on our rollers and brushes to paint the walls of Algeria.

Our products already satisfy Mehdi, reseller newly installed in Chéraga, Algiers. He comes today to learn about new products, he is particularly interested in MINIROS commercial spaces and training. He wanted to share with us his feeling about the reception at the stand by describing the dynamism of the sales representative he met here, their proximity to the visitor and especially the digital side of the exhibition.
